Supporting you to live independently with the right level of care, guidance, and reassurance.
Supported living is a way of supporting people to live in their own home while receiving the care and support they need to remain safe, independent, and in control of their daily lives.
At Lustro, we support people aged 16 and over to live as independently and confidently as possible in a home of their own, with support shaped around their individual needs, goals, and aspirations. We take a person-centred approach, ensuring individuals have choice and control over how their support is delivered, including how they live their day-to-day lives and who supports them.
We work alongside each individual to overcome barriers, build life skills, manage daily routines, access funding and benefits, maintain their tenancy, and feel safe both at home and in the community. We promote dignity, respect, and the right to live as independently as possible, while supporting individuals to take positive risks in a safe and supported way.
Whether someone is taking their first steps into adulthood, requires a few hours of support each week, or needs more consistent support including personal care, practical assistance, and assistive technology, we tailor our support to promote choice, stability, and overall wellbeing. We aim to provide consistent support and work in partnership with families, professionals, and wider services to achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.
