Domiciliary care

Practical and personal support to make everyday life at home easier.

Personal Care

Personal care refers to the support people may need with everyday routines that help them feel comfortable, confident, and well. This can include assistance with washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the toilet, as well as other day-to-day personal tasks.

We recognise that everyone has their own way of doing things, so we take the time to understand your routines, preferences, and what matters most to you. Support is always delivered in a way that feels respectful, discreet, and tailored to your comfort.

Where possible, we encourage you to remain as independent as you’d like to be. If there are aspects of your care you prefer to manage yourself, we will support this while stepping in only where needed.

Our team is trained to provide practical support while always maintaining dignity, respect, and a person-centred approach in everything they do.

Live in Care

Live-in care provides ongoing support within the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated support worker there to assist you throughout the day and night. This allows you to remain in familiar surroundings while receiving the level of support you need.

Support can include help with personal care, preparing meals, managing medication, and maintaining daily routines, as well as providing reassurance and companionship. We take the time to understand how you like things done, so support feels natural and fits around your lifestyle.

Having consistent support from a familiar face helps to build trust and provides a sense of stability and reassurance.

Our aim is to support you in a way that allows you to continue living your life as independently as possible, while knowing that help is always there when you need it.

Hospital Discharge

Returning home after a hospital stay can feel like a big step, especially if your needs have changed. Our hospital discharge support is designed to make that transition as smooth and reassuring as possible.

We provide support with everyday tasks such as personal care, preparing meals, managing medication, and settling back into your usual routine. We also take the time to understand any new needs or changes, so the support you receive feels right for you.

Our focus is on helping you recover comfortably in your own home, while reducing the risk of any setbacks. We can also work alongside healthcare professionals and family members to ensure everything is in place for a safe and supported return home.

The aim is to give you the confidence and support you need during your recovery, while helping you regain your independence at your own pace.
