Lustro Health is a top-tier Leicester-based healthcare solutions company that works hard to resource healthcare institutions and individuals with the staff they need to close the staff shortage gap. Founded in 2021, the team has a collective experience spanning more than 20 years in service. They have the experience, grounding and detailed know-how to rise to the challenge and provide customised services. The company operates in Leicestershire and Rutland and will be expanding organically over the next few years to reach other parts of England.

The Team is led by Thoko Waungana who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company having been on the frontlines as a Registered Mental Health Nurse for many years. Thoko is a strong advocate for Continuous Professional Development (CPD), the 6C’s of Nursing and the creation of awareness around Mental Health. Thoko is currently undertaking Management studies and is always pushing the team towards self improvement.
